I have a Ricoh Mp2510 with error code sc320 havr changed the polygon motor still the error code keeps on coming the machine ll be ready when I make a copy it ll pick the paper and jam at registration and gives the error code Sc320 I have changed the all laser unit still the error code keeps on coming what could be the problem

it is best to replace the entire laser unit
to be careful, check the contacts of the pcdu unit

can be:
- The motor itself or its control circuit, which is obviously malfunctioning
- the connection between the motor and the board that controls it (BiCU)
- the connection between the BiCU / IOB boards and the motor control circuit
- the defective BiCU board

Did you fit new polygon motor or used also they are very fragile

It could be the door switches or the drum unit, they were some models giving these errors sc320..........
