Mpc4502 j026 only when print

Ok machine copies all day no jams. As soon as you print it jams and shows J026 with a jam coming out of fuser. Tried many different workstations and my laptop off network directly to the machine with the same result. Checked all the settings on machine and all seems good. This just started happening out of the blue.
What am I missing?

If it's getting stuck at the exit section rollers my money is on the exit roller shaft and bush that's starting to bind and lag. Was a common issue I ran into numerous times from the MP4000/MPC4000 through to the 02's, got to the point where I would strip the exit section out and lube the bushes as part of my Fuser PM schedule.
