no it s a genuine toner

and I have change 2 times black yellow magenta cyan

I just change one hour ago the bicu I m waiting for sc code return ...

so now I have the copy clear... look at the picture
all cables are ok


so it s why I think about psu problem...

Did you check for the flashing lights as service manual advised

I need to replace the old bicu

EDIT , HERE THE SOLUTION


DIPSWITCH 3 on CONTROLLER BOARD

PRINTER OFF
SET OFF OR ON ( LOOK AT THE INITAL STATE and turn it at the reverse ) DIPSWITCH 3 and then wait 10 sc
then turn ON

and restart printer

it reset the cmos controller
and it s ok
