        EDIT , HERE THE SOLUTION


        DIPSWITCH 3 on CONTROLLER BOARD

        PRINTER OFF
        SET OFF OR ON ( LOOK AT THE INITAL STATE and turn it at the reverse ) DIPSWITCH 3 and then wait 10 sc
        then turn ON

        and restart printer

        it reset the cmos controller
        and it s ok
