    Blue line in B/W copies ( Savin 3535, Ricoh 3500 )

Getting an occasional cyan line on b/w copies or prints , looks like a streak of toner since its not an even line. I cleaned the cyan drum/dev unit, saw nothing unusual. Any ideas? transfer unit maybe, since color drums shoudnt even be turning for a b/w copy.

I vote transfer cleaning assy (you can't get just the blade) first, then the transfer belt assy. I've also seen worn fusers and dirty fuser cleaning rollers give odd pcq on these machines.

I don't think it's likely the cyan unit as the toner won't likely fall up onto the transfer assy.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          Thanks for the help guys,
I think the problem is fixed, it showed up after it ran an auto line adjust, where it lays colored lines of toner on the page, i replaced the transfer c/unit ran line adjust again and b/w copies came out clean after that. Why it was only blue that didnt clean off I am not sure, and also the cleaning unit had just been replaced 18k ago.
