How are we having a regular conversation about not only that all 4 dev units have no dev in them at all but also that some of you guys have had customers emptying dev units instead of waste toner bottles?!
I have never seen an empty dev unit before on a working machine, even if it is end of life and spitting loads out. Also how on earth does a customer find a way to empty dev units instead of the much more accessible and easier to empty, waste toner... nope i'll stop there customers are a special kind of stupid sometimes.

I had a customer scrape off a drum down to the aluminum because "it was dirty". He wasn't too happy about the bill. Told him to keep his hands out the machine.
