J001 is a "power on" jam, meaning that it detects paper or dust at one of the sensors when the doors are closed.
Have you cleaned all the sensors? There are two separate sensors on the paper feed stations. One faces out towards the right-hand door, and the other one is a couple of inches away (towards op side) and faces downward. Have had the ones that face downward get dusty and cause this jam.
Otherwise, you have a small scrap of paper somewhere that is blocking a sensor, or a sensor that may have popped out of place, i think the one above the fuser is usually the one that gets dislodged.
Just noticed that it's telling you there's "paper" in the duplex path - "Z" path.
There's a sensor to check that is underneath the transfer case where the paper makes the turn to come back out of the duplex path.
It's an upward facing sensor, and you have to pretty much remove that entire transfer roller case to see it. Have had scraps of paper cover that, and it gets dusty easily because it faces upward.
Picture attached for reference on the location of sensor underneath transfer roller case.
What does the jam history in the SMC report show as the last jam? Any J001 will not be listed. A faulty door or cover switch will cause a jam to not be cleared. If power is then cycled the the machine will remember that there was a jam but not where it was resulting in the condition you have photographed.
OK that's unlikely, no change of value even for simple stuff like "DF open/close"? something might stalling the SP-sensor check. So I understand you are not able to recover the "ready" condition at all if you open/close the door?
I had a one timer where I head to perform an engine reset, you might try this but uber-important: Backup the NVram first via NVram upload sp.

I tried a engine reset after backup, firmware update, change power board and ac control board, but nothing... I'm stubborn, I'm going to keep changing things....
OK - as I just notice it on your photo: does this very tiny red "Cover open" icon appear on the bottom left screen even if the cover/door is properly closed?
