Yes, improving immensely as far as cases go, but the re-opening is WAY too slow.
I think we're the ONLY place in NA that still has ZERO indoor dining allowed (for example), but it's coming in the very near future- at least with limited capacity.
You couldn't even get a haircut until just today! (not an issue for us with cue ball type skulls though )

I got a call regarding a MPC4503 that sits near the desk of this person.
He states it randomly cycles on/off during the day.
The office is cool with ac running.
Any settings in service mode to disable this?
          thanks in advance
It's so hard to maintain calm in these situations and find a nice way to describe "forget it" lol^^

Just a thought but have you checked the rotation counts of the fusing assy in the logging data at all?
We've had '03 models do the same thing but they also would call up a fusing sleeve pm message waaaaay before their time.
It was due to the engine (and you could also hear the fans) running constantly.
We tried numerous things that were suggested by Ricoh but it ran to the end of it's contract like this and we swapped it out for an IMC.

Have you visually inspected the offending noisy fan? Is it contaminated with dust and if so did you clean it? Have you replaced the fan?
