Guys,

I've a customer that requires a one bin tray for their Ricoh MPC3504(417585 one bin tray BN3110).
Ricoh have said this item is now obsolete and don't have stock, is there another option that we could use for this?

I'm surprised Ricoh have said this is obsolete.

How about the Side Tray Type M3 as an alternative?

The BN3130 is still current. The plastic is the dark/charcoal color of the newer copiers, but unless I'm mistaken, it is functionally the same. (note...the thin plastic part described as a paper support guide will not be included as it was with the old BN3110.) I hope this is helpful.
