    Remove the toners and shake them well or Change the 4 toners if possible , print at least 40pagesA3 , and perform " FORCED TONER SUPPLY ALL". U must see a difference.

    im just wondering how is it you are ricoh university trained to work on the PRO C5100 and yet don't know what to do on the PRO C5300? maybe it's time for a refresher on the ricoh university? just saying.....

    It does do it on all papers, i swapped the ITB from a working 5300 but no luck

    Thank you for the detailed explanation. I am trained on Ricoh mp C8002 and pro C5100 by Ricoh University, No much exposure in servicing production printers I have a service manual, parts used are genuine and new from Ricoh. I will post the scanned copy of the printout tomorrow.

    Yes it is good. I can go back and check again in detail and send me the list of items to check. The copier does the process control and there us no error in the SMC report.
