    C6004 fax error

Hi, All. I keep getting a "unfortunately the fax function has stopped working" on a C6004. It seems to coincide with a paper tray being overloaded. The fax is not in use on this machine. An application clear gets rid of it, but it comes back. Is there a way to completely disable the fax on this machine? Thanks.

U remember having the same problem with the previous C6003 model at a customer with 5 of them. Can't remember what I did to correct it but it was related to the tandem tray.

Update the device & SOP firmware, this will update the fax card & resolve the issue. Or physically remove the fax card from the device.
