    IM350F-SC548, SC532, SC530

We are working on an IM350F that has those codes listed under the service code history in the SPs. It has a message about Condensation on the display.

Ran the machine with the fans on for like 2-3 hours with a portable heater next to it. Did the same thing the day before but didn't run any fans. I think we took the drum unit and fuser out when we did that.

Output mode the motors won't run.

Tried fuser unit from a different machine...replaced the temp humidity sensor.

Haven't had that problem come up before.

SC 530 and SC 532 and fan errors, 530 being the fusing fan.

SC 548 is a fusing lamp error. It is an A level error code requiring resetting. As I do not have the IM 350 service manual I cannot tell you the exact procedure. Until the original cause of the error is corrected it will code again immediately after being reset. There is the possibility that the fusing fan not running allowed heat to build up around the fusing unit and blew the thermostat/fuse or a lamp is blown.

Where are you located? The layout of that bulletin title indicates it is from Ricoh-USA

meant to add a follow up....

so it ended up being the thermopile

SC548-00 Fusing thermopile (TH2) output error (center of the hot roller): Condensation
                detection...it is a type D code.

Type D- Turn the main power
                switch off and on.

Type A- Reset the SC (set
                SP5-810-1) and then cycle
the main power off and on.??

and thermopile is attached to the mainframe and not the fuser. Good times.
