      Some images of your problem will help us diagnose where your problem is coming from. For now is it an actual scratch that you can observe on the drum or just a line on the prints?

          If you vacuum off the developing roller, I think you're going to find a build up of developer around the roller that's scraping on the drum. You can try to clean it off, but I suspect you're going to need a new developer unit.
