Pro8200 SC471-02

I am working with a pro8200 with a constant SC471-02 code
I have replaced the ITB unit and the Hp centering sensor
Transfer roller D1796108 and the Opposed roller D1796078

Are you trained on any Production model?

Do you have the service manual for the Pro8200 and know how to use it? I rather doubt it. If you did you would not have touched the PTR. According to the Service Manual SC471-002 is Belt centering roller HP error. That has to d with the ITB assembly not the PTR.

Your correct i replaced the ITB assembly and forgot to add I replaced the centering Hp sensor.
I replaced the PTR earlier on a different issue.
