      What do you mean the right ip? Right ip for what ?
      They brought it to me with this ip and it doesn't let me change it

              ok you have to go into special service mode not the normal one. then 5-846 46 execute . turn off copier and back on now will ask to reset both passwords.

                At first thank you, second if you know could you please tell how to go to this special service mode ? if you mean the c143cc and do the 5-846-46, i've done that.

                    If all network settings are correct, and you are able to ping the IP address, then try downgrading the network security level to "0"
