IMC2000 (Magenta)

I have one IMC2000 with magenta issue
have change the PCDU but the problem only solve for only 2 weeks and then come back again.
have tried also changing the itb but stil the same

The issue is that on the attached file (at printer parts there got magenta colour,supposed to be white)

Are you sure that you didn't send the original twice because I am not seeing a difference other than what appears to be an edge shadow below the bottom of the document. If that is what you are having trouble with, it is more likely to be optical. Check for magenta toner on the mirrors.

DId the magenta drum got line like the print? Did set 3-701 when change new PDCU?

Is that a copy or a print? If it is a copy, try scanning it to a folder and see if you get the same thing.

its a print from pc and also did print from usb using the same file
the reddish magenta is still there

Upload a proper test page from SP mode. One can't properly diagnose issues from random colour prints
