based on the sound. i suspect gearbox for fusing. can service it, lubricate the shaft with grease.

nope. that is shield position sensor for fusing. not exit sensor.

look like charge not go thru. try check charge roller plate.
or gear at magnetic roller been insert wrongly....Leave a comment:

try check nvram. make sure all leg insert correctly. if all good, most probably firmware.
