 Belt flawed or smudged
 Belt leaned to one side
 Sensor smudged or defective
 Pattern density defection

1. Cycle the machine off/on.
2. Clean the ID sensor.
3. Clean the PTR belt.
4. Check image density and execute process control to adjust density.
5. Replace the ID sensor.
6. Replace the PTR belt.

I change the two laser and I have never have this error again
