    If you are a trained tech, you should know how to troubleshoot this one. Unfortunately there is not a "quick fix" other than trying SP5810 reset for fuser and reseating connectors, hoping for the best. Check the temp fuses, thermistors, etc. Otherwise it could be the IH assy, the IOB, or wiring. If the customer has a "tcru" second fuser, try that and do the fuser reset.
    I've proved mathematics wrong. 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2.........

      Ok, I will do that, and then tell you the result, but I just want to ask you about a little thing: where is this located IH assy, the IOB,, and can you provide me with pictures of it?
