      You first need to be an Authorized Ricoh dealer or a registered cistomer

          I don't remember it anymore, Ricoh gave us a free license last year, and me and the guy we were forced by the boss had to rack our brains to make it work, incredibly boring...LOL....my boss insists on its usefulness, instead, It sucks for me..very ugly...so much so that the customer (the only one) we let try it on didn't buy it in the end.

              It exists a RSI how to order guide. The doc explains how to proceed. If you are not a dealer you have to contact RICOH office/branch or a auth RICOH dealer in your country first. Good luck.
