    Fiery E-27B not showing on the penal Pro C5300

    Hi
    I'm working on a Pro C5300s ricoh trying to configure back the Fiery.
    Hence, the fiery was working fine but after several power outage issues, now the fiery Icon is not showing on the printer panel.
    1. What could Do to configure the Fiery? even on the Desktop the fiery workstation icon is not showing.
    Note: fiery is not in Error state. (E-27B fiery)

    -- Verify that the E-27B and the printer have the same time and date information. If the time and date information do not match on both devices, the Fiery icon may fail to appear.​

      Fiery is very sensitive to power outage issues. If you dont see your Fiery in CWS, it may be new Fiery software installation is needed.

        you may have to reinstall the fairy software .

          we recently had the same issue. you are gonna have to reach out to ricoh. they will need to send you files to reload on the fiery. afterwards i recommend a battery backup on the fiery, not the copier.
