    ricoh pro c5100 sc670

    hi everybody! I have a ricoh pro c5100,the machine was working perfect until sc670 appears ,anyone have had an sc like this? thank you all!!

      Do you not have a service manual to look up the service code?

          Something is going wrong with the controller board. Check all the purple connections who going to ipu ,keyboard until controller board. This code is very weird.

              Try checking all confections to the engine board & updating the firmware.
