Ricoh IM C3500 Dead

Evening, i have a blown FU102 on the AC board. Replaced fuse and once again blown.

Im pretty sure it is the DC PSU taking it down.

Can anyone please provide part numbers for both boards.

good electrical outlet? is it plugged into anything besides the outlet?

Good idea to get yourself a circuit tester, and look for excess load, line voltage drop, etc. If there's other appliances on the same circuit, that can cause issues as well.

I didn't see anything about any fuse problems on the Ricoh TSRC, but there were a couple of other issues that a firmware update addresses.

Be aware that those numbers are for North America and Taiwan, not the UK. If you are not 120V 60 HZ they may not work properly.

perhaps for a few millisecs

I usually try and unplug everything fuser related before installing a new fuse.

There's a fault with these boards you will need to both pwbs

Known issue.

New boards have been modified to stop fuse blowing, must be replaced a s a pair.
