    Ricoh MP C3004 missng Printer SP in SP mode

    Hi again.
    Ricoh MP C3004.
    As always, I need to print a test pattern, counter list and configuration page for the client.
    In this device, after entering SP Mode, the Printer SP tab is missing, even after waiting for a long time.
    The Printer Futures tab is also missing from the user functions in Maintenance.
    I made SP-5-846-046 and from SP-5-801-003 to SP-5-801-025. Without success
    I suspect a problem with the controller.

      Make sure SP 5985 001 is enabled.

          Check the Diagnostic Report. SP 5990-005 to print or SP 5992-005 to export to a SD card. If ant of the firmware modules need for printing are not listed or have no version shown, you may have corrupted firmware.
