Greetings

I hope is all well with in these tough times.
Could you kindly assist with the above issue where the machine is showing classic copy screen by default. Machine is working fine but client wants it back as he is used to the other interface and cannot scroll to other pages.
Our field engineers have updated firmware, including for panel and performed all clear to main controller to no avail.
Please assist

We have tried already to update the apps with no success. Screen got stuck as per attached image. It installs 17 pps out of 19 and stops there forever. We have tried to perform same operation in a working machine and came right.
Another weird behavior is when we switch off the device the blue led is flashing for too long and we need to disconnect power cable to reboot device.

Is there any other steps forward you coud advice?

Have you checked the hard drive or memory in the machine? Generally if the machine is just stalling instead of powering off or powering on, the drive is the first suspect, and it may be using the drive to store some of the necessary files, even if it's just as a temporary staging location.

Ok so I guess you have tried simply adding new home screen apps from the launcher ?

If you have done an all clear on the SOP you will need to reinstall the missing apps.

Firstly, what does "all clear to main controller" mean? Did you run SP5801? That won't make any difference to the panel. If the panel is playing silly, you need to enter recovery mode and perform a factory reset. The reason the blue light is flashing for so long is because the panel is in quick startup mode. If it will let you, go into screen features and set it to normal. See if that makes any difference. The classic copier app may be set as default in function priority in screen features. Check in there first, it needs to be set to Home.

In screen features you will see something like default start up application. Client or someone probably changed it to the classic copy screen. You can either change it to home so client can see apps ( longer load times) or have it switch to the non classic apps

Am I the only one to think that MEMORY ALL CLEAR should have its own sp code to access?

Seems when folks have no clue, that is their first port of call.
