Sounds like you need a trained tech to give it a full service and see what parts need replacing.

First thing to try is turning ON ID sensor pattern during copy jobs, SP 2507-001 and set the interval to 100, SP 2508-002.

            Hello everyone

Things to try, in this order
            1. Full service and clean up
            2. Clean sensors. I.D, T.D, etc
            3. Change drum and developer if it is past it's lifespan
            4. Check toner hopper motor to make sure toner bottle is turning well. Bottle should spin freely. If not motor may need replacing.

            All the best friend.

Don't you just love it when someone asks for help and the community pitches in with information and we never get an answer back from the originator?

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.
