IM C3000, meter changed to 0

We have an IM C3000 that we had to change the main board and NV to bring back to life. Now the meter on the display is at 0 and is also displays 0 if you print out the billing meter. The issue is we us a data gathering software for meter collection and it is displaying the meter of the refurbished board. My question is, is there a way to sync the meter from board to board after a change? On Toshiba's there is an 08 code to move the meter 1 time after a board change so that they match internally. Does Ricoh have an SP that will do that? Any help would be appreciated.

The meter is stored on the NVRam. When you replaced it, you cleared the meter. You may need a site visit from your district rep to restore it,

You should have swapped the old NVRAm over to the new board. There is no way to recover the reading unless you do this or backed up the old NVRAm to SD card before fitting the new one.
