[Error Code] Ricoh Pro C9110 SC590-09 and SC441-51

I have been battling with SC590-09, these error mostly happens when there is a paper jam in either of the two units, so I decided to check the harness of the transport motor 4 by opening the Engine back, after checking the fitment of the cables and making sure all the connectors are connected properly, I turn on the machine and now I have SC441-51. I have lost ideas and don't know what to do again please help me. I have the service manual. thanks in advance

Hi, are you sure about the error subcode, before going to check the connections on the board what did you check first? Have you checked if there are jam codes and in the history codes?

From the August 2019 Gooses Guide for SC44-51:
ITB Motor error: Cumulative speed error, The accumulated time of lock status of the motor has reached 400 ms. Swapped ITB drive motor with no change in issue.Replaced Transfer Belt, Lubrication Unit (used), Cleaned Speed and Encoders with no change in issue. Ran with both PTR and ITB cleaning unit extracted with no change in issue. Speed & Encoder sensors are suspect, TDRB/TDCU PCB's are next. Technician swapped complete ITB units between machines and issue self resolved.

Now I have solve SC441-51, I run SP2912001 and the error is gone. Now my only problem is SC590-09, PTR Motor 4 error, I have swapped the PTR motor 4 but the error is still persistence. I have lost ideas.
