    IMC3500

    HI,

    Got an IMC3500, when I try to put in data for example in adress book using the display I get no keyboard for entering the data . .
    When I tap the field there's no keyboard


    someone a clue ?

    Try a restart wait for the machine to fully come to ready.

    Also check the keypad is enabled.

      this is about changing the keyboard layout or style, problem is that there is no keypad popping up . . . .

        Haven't heard about this issue so far, I'd probably check the firmware or perform a reset for the panel settings to factory default.

          Yes, but if you change they layout etc & reboot you may find it will re-appear.

            keyboard display was disabled. (hardware)
            Now it works . .
