Ricoh Counter E-mail not working

Machine : MPC 6003 ,IM C3010
Firmware updated to latest version
SP Mode(Factory)
5-866 CounterE-mail setting all done
Smtp is correct
And Send Test …..OK

But still haven’t received the automatic reply email ？？

What should i pay attention to?

NRS is a subset of @Remote. Has your dealership signed up for @Remote and done all the install steps required to use @Remote. If all you are wanting is for the counter to be emailed to you, that is a widget that can be installed on the SOP. With the 03s it coud be installed with the Smart Operation Panel Designer Tool. Check with Ricoh to see if it is still available.

If send test is OK i would suggest checking your SPAM folder or try a different email address.

my usual hiccup is the send test fails. But, since that was ok its gotta be somewhere.

I have made these settings on our MP C3003 and it works without any problems.

The prerequisite is that Scan to Mail works.

Set SP5-866-110 to “1” to enable Device Counter E-Mail Function.

In SP5-866-114, specify the date to e-mail the counter
value.
Notification date

0 Every day
1 to 31 On specified date

In SP5-866-115, specify the time to e-mail the counter
value.
