Help in RICOH C7100

I had a client has Ricoh C7100 4 color
Want to add fifth color to it and make it 5 color
I can provide the unit and toner cartridge
And I have fiery for 5 color copier too
I think it's possible
I have seen it before but forget what it takes
Does any one know what we should do ?

you have to purchase a ricoh production copier in order to do that. it comes with the 5th slot. and you can use multiple colors, neons, gold, silver, etc... also to have this feature, not only do you have to purchase the copier with the feature. you also have purchase the ability to use the 5th color. its basically a paid subscription. i recommend looking at the ricoh online configurator. just be ready to spend lotssssss of money.

The Ricoh Pro C7100 is a 4 station model only. If you want a 5th station you will have to get them a Pro C7500 or later Graphics Arts model

I have a c7110s and it has the slots for the 5th colour station and toner hopper but the customer never purchased the option so i cant give any guidance on the procedure. the service manual mentions a tech must initially set up the unit to fill the developer and initialize. Afterwards a trained customer is technically able to swap between different colours for the 5th station. they would need multiple 5th colour station kits if they are going to be running more than 1 colour in the 5th slot. i would consult the service manual and product support guide/configurator tool to verify what exactly is needed to add the 5th station

It's C7110
And this model has 4 color and 5 color versions
The 4 color comes already with 5 slot of pcdu and toner hoppers
But only 4 units and 4 cartridges
I want to add the fifth which has the unoccupied slots
