    MPC501 Firmware requst

    Hey troops!!

    I have an MP C501 in the field that's throwing an SC870-00. I have a new replacement hard drive if that's what thr troubleshooting leads to, but no longer have access to Ricoh's tech site. Can someone please send me the updated firmware for this model?

      I have been using the Ricoh Firmware updater tool. As I do not have access to tech site. So far its been working.

              Appreciate it, but I believe the firmware in the UK is different than what's available here in the States. Let me know if you have access to US firmware, and I'll shoot you an email.

                  UK/ US is the same F/W.
                  I've used UK firmware a lot
                  In addition to the update tool, you should also be able to update the F/W over the internet via SP mode
