arrived to a Bk-153 in B2. i ck'd all connections on the back and all it did was give me other errors when i turned it on with out tirimmer or stacker. bk-151, bk-015, bk-001 .
this is a new unit and all of a sudden it is having this issue after a month. pls advise if you can help

Not familiar with the newer Plockmatic but with the older BK 5030 and BK 5010 there was a terminator jumper(s) that went on the last downstream device in the chain. If you removed the trimmer/stacker you had to move the jumper(s) back to the main unit of the booklet maker.

yes this style also uses the jumper. its just throwing up these errors random. going to switch the power and communication cords and see if it makes a difference.
