TR-007 ERROR. evereything runs in service and diagnostics cks complete no errors. but error will not go away.

Could be M-1 or M-2 failed. Maybe swap the motors to help troubleshoot. It is common for those motors to fail. -
Trim Knife motor TR-M2 had a Cycle timeout.
(With thin books only M2 is active. Thick books both M1 + M2 are active.).
In addition to the Motors it could also be the HP sensor.
Also remember that when running the motor in diagnostics mode there is no paper load on the trim knife.
One more thing, contact Plockmatic to see if there is a firmware update.Comment
