MP C3003 doesn't fix the toner, only on operator side

    Hello

i have a strange problem with an MP C3003, only on the operator side the toner is not fixed correctly , i have already applied the RTB for fixing problems, the toner, the PCDU's and the fusing unit are OEM.
I'tried to change entire fusing unit from a working machine but the problem is back again after a few prints. i guess there is some problem with the pressure motor or something .

    some ideas???. thank you!

May try to increase the temperature on service mode 1108-01 After Reload/Job Target Temp. and 1108-02 press pressure

Did you change the pressure roller too?
You can try putting it on thickness 1 and test or increase the temperature as they have already suggested.
      But...
Sometimes it only lasts by changing the fuser sleep, being a generic quality one, but if what we see in the image occurs, I would change both, as well as thermistors, bushings and heater, applying 2 or 3 syringes of high temperature silicone oil.
I have noticed that by doing it this way, it lasts about 150,000 and considering that it is generic, it seems decent to me.

Have you tried changing the black PCDU?

If you've already changed the fuser unit...based on that image you uploaded being black, and the toner being OEM...it looks like maybe the Black PCDU is reaching the end of it's life.

The toner to developer ratio looks off so it's not fusing correctly.

I've seen these fail early multiple times. It's worth a shot anyways.

All I know is if it were me, and I had a BW print coming out not fused correctly, the first two things I'm replacing are the fuser unit and the K PCDU, then look at other issues.

the same thing happened to me on a mpc3004ex (refurbished), at the second intervention, I replaced the sleeve with a new one, subsequently analyzing the sleeve with the defect, and cross-referencing the data with the specifications in the manual, it emerged that the watts did not match, someone previously replaced the sleeve with the wrong version, I do not believe that the motorized pressure mechanism fails only on one side, you would first have an sc569 rather than a fixing problem, however.
since you tried a working fuser unit, I, touching my balls, would try a new sleeve ... you never know

                      UPDATE

i changed the entire PCDU BK one week ago, and till now no more calls....it seems it worked for me, maybe an old developer or the heat of this summer "killed" the developer

                      Thank you for your suggestions.!!
