if you purchased your equipment from ricoh. you can contact them. they will give you a link, with instructions, to download the OS for the fiery. there is no charge for the download. i have used it before, but i am also a ricoh tech...

The e-22b is still available look for user copier tech on this site he will have
Also just so you know the a-42 software is harder to get as efi and ricoh don't support no more as to old
