Has anyone had one of these throwing sc codes 121 or 101. The customer states they come to the copier and it says to press the reset. After that the copier comes ready. Printing out the service report it logs those two service codes sc 121 and 101 . The machine will work for several days with no issues. Then it pops up to reset again. They hit the rest and it works again. Anyone have this issue yet on this crappy copier.

SC 101 is an exposure lamp error or white reference read error.

SC 121 is a scanner Home Postilion error.

Both will occur on power up or coming out of power save.

we don't have any, never seen any, I saw some images on Google, and it looks like porcheria, try updating the firmware

Had this a few time on a MP 305 (sc 101), the customer copies heavy books with the machine (in a school), the scanner unit is only a mm from the exposure glass, if you press too much, it cant move properly.
