I went out yesterday they already try two different toner cartridge both said same thing. everything looks fine. I try pushing in on toner and drum cartridge and it would make connection. then i wedge paper on both sides of drum carriage and it work for now. I was wondering if there is a bulletin on the toner connector chip #D0A42499 to fix problem or do i need to just pull metal tabs and farther. Thanks in advance
