Hi,

We have a Ricoh IMC5510 with a DF3150 single pass document feeder that is not recognising the originals when set.

Sensors and connectors have been checked and swapped with no change. Has anyone ever seen this before?

try to check that the bottom flag feeler on spdf (let know to machine that the spdf is lowered)

I have seen the tape left on from shipping and not not removed . So the flag is not dropped into the sensor.
