    [Error Code] Ricoh MP 402

    Hello ,


    I have one Mp 402 with error code sc 101-02. Since now i replaced the ipu board ribon cable and scanner unit .When i change the scanner unit the code was gone but only for 1 hour and than again sc 101-02. does some one face this problem ? Any suggestions​ ?

      did you clean the white guide plate, updated firmware?
      discontinuous or continuous defect?

          The white plate is the first thing that i clean . The problem is continuos ,only when i chanche the scanner unit machine works only 10 min . Next i will try with firmware . Thanks
