    RICOH MPC3004EX the home button has disappeared from the touch screen.

    Hello, I need help, I had a network problem on this ricoh mpc3004 computer that made me unable to access the machine's web,
    and already desperate I made a 5801, and the network problem was solved and I access correctly.
    But now I have created another one, which I understand is configuration, "THE HOUSE BUTTON DOES NOT APPEAR TO ME".
    The image of the house is not there, if I press where it usually is, it works but the image is not there.
    It appears shaded in the upper left corner next to a text that says "safecom go"Can anyone help me here?

          You should never use SP 5891 you can cause more issues. You may now need to reload any missing apps on the SOP.

          If you don't use safecom uninstall it & reboot you may find the home screen will appear again.

          If not update the firmware.
