Ricoh mpc 3502 panel language

My Ricoh mpc3502 panel language is German only. i search on administrator tools and I can't find anything about language.
How I can register or add additional languages like English or Italian?

Normally there are 2 languages installed on a C3502. The are selected by a button in the upper right of User Tools I believe. If for some reason you only have 1 language installed, you need to do a firmware update of language1 and language2. There is only one language firmware. It contains all available languages. As part of the firmware load you have to select the two languages you want available to choose from.
