    [Jamming] savin pro c5100s with sr4100 booklet finisher jam code 155

    running 11x17 and getting a 155 jam code. manual says Switchback Transport Sensor: Lag Jam
    i cant even find that sensor in the service manual. intermittent jams.
    thoughts?

      There is finisher firmware out to help with that code. Ver 2.380:10

          Done in by those who write the manuals for Ricoh. The term "switchback" is only used in the jam tables and not in replacement and adjustment section. It is not the first time I have seen it happen before.

          It is shown in the Point to Point.
