Horizontal big stripes

Hi,
we got a Ricoh Pro C5100s and got horizontal lines in cyan. I changed the cleaning blades and the drum but its not getting better. What could i be.

the charging unit? Also check the transfer. I would like to believe that you tried a color test with the other colors too ...

More info needed, paper size, feed direction, have you changed charge roller, are you trained on this machine?

That is not OPC, it is a doctor blade. First try to fix with sheet of paper. Pull between DEV roller and Doctor blade, if not, take it off, clean with IPA and install.

All other colors are okay. Its in print direction. A ->

Not true. You have dirt in doctor blade and more toner coming on OPC then should be on that place, that is reason why line is darker then other print. If you rotate Dev, you will see that that place will have more toner on it. It is easy to check. Also, you will see that doctor blade is dusty on that place.
