I try swapping out black pdcu assy but get not set properly. i found is a serial # is set in 7-936-01. the other colors are blank. I check a good working copier and is blank also. how do you clear out the serial # for black pdcu assy. Thanks for any help

we don't have that model around, but I hope the attached RTB can be useful to you.
p.s. I would personally check also that the black drum is not mechanically blocked, overloading the motor generating strange sc
