    Ricoh pro 8100s

    My Ricoh pro 8100s will not run any color paper when duplexing even if i set it to the correct color in the paper tray settings. It just dumps the print into the e area. jam code 050

      Hola,

      What jam number does it give?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

              Try setting Color Paper edge detection, item 06 in the paper catalog, to a higher number, like maybe 4.5
