      Maybe try this. Navigate to settings-machine features-System settings-Admin tools-user authentication and turn it off if it is on. Web browse if you cant access the menu due to error.

          The problem has solved,
          the key was to join in SSP mode,
          and press system sp while holding the '#',
          then the option of 5-401-160 was showed up,
          there i put the value 0 instead of 1,
          after the restart the SP code didn't appear.

              Yes there is SP mode and then there is SSP mode, good to hear you got it resolved.
