Hi. Thanks for the reply but my customer have access code on the Ricoh IM C2000, so the mopria print will not work
You can add Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) software does allow User and Account IDs for better oversight and accountability. See Workplace Features in the following.

Or you can just tell your customer that Windows Laptops with ARM processors are not compatible with standard print drivers. You can also search Printing from Windows PCs with an ARM processor and follow all the steps in the Microsoft support article which just might end up with you having to install Ricoh's rather expensive internal WiFi interface and hope that works.
You might also be able to just enable Bluetooth on the laptop and the SOP and use that. The range is rather limited so the user will need to be near the IM C2000.
