I think what davel was really wanting is the diagnostic report from the Service Program.

From what you have provided it appears that the only installed print function is RPCS, something I thought Ricoh had discontinued using. PCL is not shown and therefore might not be installed. Either that or it has been deleted or is corrupted to the point of not being recognized. You may need to pay to have a Ricoh support visit to correct the problem. The other options is to buy the PS3 option and use the Postscript driver.

I just found a strange memory card in memory card slot number 1 and maybe it is not working, but when I put that memory card in slot number 2 the machine starts very slowly, after starting the machine loses the scanning function and the printer can not even enter the system settings.

What was strange about the memory card? Why did you moved it to Slot 2? Did you leave Slot 1 empty? That card just may have been the Scanner firmware and now the system cannot find it.
