    Ricoh sp 3500 sf problem

    hello everybody ...
    i've ricoh sp 3500 sf machine .. when it power on it gives the word " Initializing " and the screen flicking on this word and didn't boot up ... just flicking on initializing word

    try to power on with front cover open to see if change something

      i did it and nothing new .. i try to update firmware but i can't ... it just power on and screen flicking on initializing word only

        See if you can get into WIM and check if a Service Code or any other error is displayed.

            If you don't know how to get into WIM then you should not be working on a Ricoh.
