IM 2702 - user code, cycle date quote reset question

hi everyone, we rented two of these IM2702 to a school, the machine was set with user codes, each teacher has a quota of 500 prints per quarter, which must be reset and auto-reload every 3 months.
strangely unlike other models we noticed that both on WIM and from the machine menu, there is no reset every 3 months setting, there is only the manual reset
the whole part of "date, cycle, etc" is missing
I searched in the operator's manual, but I found nothing.
can you confirm that this part of the settings is actually missing?
or am I doing something wrong?

No one has an im2702 machine in the lab to see what the situation is?

Hi, I don't have an IM2702 in my office now and can't do any specific tests.
However, I have checked with IMC and MPC and honestly I haven't found an automatic reset every certain time interval.
I have often set user codes but never with page restrictions.
Usually it is always the administrator who can reset the user counters.
As soon as I go to a customer with an IM2702 I'll see if I can find any settings. But I can't give you a timeframe unfortunately

      ***EDIT***
Sorry, in a MPC3003 I have found it....

thanks a lot, unfortunately we only had those two to try, if you remember to check as soon as you have the chance on a im2702 you would do me a big favor

We don't even have the IM2702 to sell here in the United States for some reason. I wish we did. I'd probably sell a lot of them.

This is for the SP C340 but once you are in Administrator Tools it should still be similar. If I remember correctly it is on the second or third page of Administrator Tools.

thanks, but the problem is another, unlike other Ricoh models, here, on the im2702, it seems that the option that allows you to reset the printing quotas for the user on a specific date is missing, in my case, as requested by the customer, every three months, you have to go manually to the machine and reset the quotas, I will start by saying that as I said I have not seen it in person, but my two colleagues who followed the installation, swore that that option is missing

yes, it looks much better than the previous mp2501, but time will tell if it's really like that
